Basic Job Description:Supervise and coordinate activities of personal service workers, such as supervisors of flight attendants, hairdressers, or caddies.

1) Analyze and record personnel and operational data, and write related activity reports.
2) Apply customer/guest feedback to service improvement efforts.
3) Assign work schedules, following work requirements, to ensure quality and timely delivery of service.
4) Direct and coordinate the activities of workers such as flight attendants, hotel staff, or hair stylists.
5) Inspect work areas and operating equipment to ensure conformance to established standards in areas such as cleanliness and maintenance.
6) Meet with managers and other supervisors to stay informed of changes affecting operations.
