3) Review orders, production schedules, blueprints, and shipping/receiving notices to determine work sequences and material shipping dates, types, volumes, and destinations.
4) Compute and estimate cash, payroll, transportation, personnel, and storage requirements.
5) Dispatch personnel and vehicles in respond to telephone or radio reports of emergencies.
6) Drive vehicles or operate machines or equipment to complete work assignments or to assist workers.

21) Recommend or implement personnel actions such as employee selection, evaluation, and rewards or disciplinary actions.
22) Recommend and implement measures to improve worker motivation, equipment performance, work methods, and customer services.
