1) Secures input and output wires in position.
2) Inspects transformer for defects, such as cracked weldments.
3) Dismantles lamination assembly, preparatory to cleaning and inspection.
4) Cleans transformer case, using scrapers and solvent.
5) Fills reassembled transformer with oil until coils are submerged.
6) Reassembles transformer.
