1) Monitors machines and gauges to ensure and maintain standards.

2) Installs printing plates, cylinders, or rollers on machine, using hand tools and gauges.

 

3) Selects printing plates, dies, or type according to work order.

4) Mixes colors of paint according to formulas.

5) Repairs or replaces worn or broken parts, using hand tools.

6) Cleans and lubricates equipment.

7) Measures and records amount of product produced.

8) Inspects product to detect defects.

9) Adjusts and changes gears, using hand tools.

10) Fills reservoirs with paint or ink.

11) Adjusts feed guides, gauges, and rollers, using hand tools.
